Diana Nankin has a diverse range of skills, from print designer to web designer, to map-maker. Her background and formal graphics training is as a cartographer. By blending the precise and scientific with the artistic, she effectively creates functional and informative, as well as beautiful maps. Since 1993 she has created customized maps for just about every purpose, from multimedia and the web, to atlases and books, as well as for the travel industry and real estate. In most recent years she has broadened her design experience within the graphic design world, applying her eye for detail and preciseness, while coloring outside the lines a little more.

When she isn't cycling vigorously on her Celeste Green Road Bike, Diana amuses herself in her garden, making soaps, or just making trouble. Keeping her active mind busy is a challenge but she finds odd subjects worth many an hour's scrutiny, such as 'Who would actually marry a millionaire?' When seeking a respite from the busy life she enjoys get-aways in her 1964 Airstream and looking through the Camera Obscura at Ocean Beach.
