Ecrio
Ecrio sought Avantgarde services to develop overall corporate and
product messaging. This was a crucial first step to support the
critical follow-up projects and included event research and budget
definition, white paper development, ongoing PR programs and advertising.
The challenge was to keep the client on track with consistent messaging
throughout all marketing programs.
Message Platform
Avantgarde took the Ecrio executives through the Avantgarde Strategy
Messaging Matrix workshop. Once their positioning statement,
proper identification of target markets and relevant messages were
developed, we were able to begin executing other projects as well
as giving the PR team a solid messaging platform from which to work.
Through the defined targets, Avantgarde researched a comprehensive
event calendar and developed a level of participation plan with
corresponding budgets. Avantgarde also developed advertising and
a white paper for an international customer and partner acquisition
marketing opportunity based on the messaging matrix.
Global Presence
As a result of the matrix activities, Ecrio was able to determine
that their focus was not U.S. centric, but an ever-emerging global
wireless market. Ecrio was then able to move quickly and efficiently
to establish a presence at international marketing opportunities
whether they be tradeshows or advertising outlets. The successful
marketing communications programs had consistent messaging to clearly
defined target audiences and established Ecrio as a leader in global
wireless messaging.
